Criminal Damage to Property

Criminal Damage, 1st Degree

Knowingly and without authority (1) interferes with any property in a manner so as to endanger human life, or (2) by force or violation interferes with operation of any system of public communication , transportation or utility service. The sentence range is 1-10 years. O.C.G.A. 16-7-22

Criminal Damage, 2nd Degree

(1) Intentionally damages property of another without consent and damage exceeds $500, or (2) recklessly or intentionally, by fire or explosive, damages property of another. The sentence range is 1-5 years. O.C.G.A. 16-7-23
